## Mailbox connections

- Microsoft 365 / Outlook: direct OAuth connection. Actions mirror back into the

- Any IMAP/SMTP mailbox.
- Forwarding from any provider (IONOS, FastMail, Gmail, custom).
- Gmail OAuth is a closed beta limited to allow-listed domains. Gmail is NOT
  generally available as a direct connection — Gmail users run over forwarding.

## Mobile app

- A companion mobile app exists but is NOT publicly available. It is not in the
  Apple App Store or on Google Play. Access is a closed beta via Apple
  TestFlight, on request.

## Pricing

Billing model: a monthly price per mailbox plus AI credits included every month.
Rule-based sorting, routing and archiving never consume credits; only AI work
does. Receiving email is unlimited. Credits can be topped up at any time and are
invoiced monthly. There is no self-service card checkout.

- Free: EUR 0 — website chatbot, 50 AI credits/mo, 1 agent, InboxMate branding
- Pro: EUR 129/month (EUR 107/month billed annually) — 1 mailbox,
  2,500 AI credits/mo, 5 team members, 5 AI agents, API and MCP.
  Extra mailbox EUR 49/mo.
- Business: EUR 389/month (EUR 349/month billed annually) — 5 mailboxes,
  15,000 AI credits/mo, 10 team members, unlimited agents, branding removal.
  Extra mailbox EUR 39/mo.
- Enterprise: individual offer, no list price — more than 5 companies or
  mailboxes, custom integrations, SLA, hosting choice (SaaS or Exoscale),
  framework contract, white-label.
- One-time setup (Einrichtung): Standard EUR 890 (1 mailbox, up to 10 rules,
  Microsoft 365 / IMAP connection, test run, 2 adjustments), plus EUR 290 per
  extra mailbox. Individual setup (webhooks, integrations, complex rules):
  fixed price after a first call.
- Credit top-ups: EUR 40 per 1,000 credits, EUR 175 per 5,000 credits.
